OUR CUSTOM PROCESS
Our custom design process is for the couples who get excited about creating an entire wedding brand image from start to finish.
Imagine creating something so special that your guests can’t help but comment on when they receive it in the mail.
These are the personal elements of your wedding that make your guest experience beyond comparison.
STEP ONE | CONSULTATION
We begin with understanding the overall feel of the event and what you are envisioning your design and day to look like. During our initial meeting we discuss your design and material aesthetics. We then create a proposal and moodboard based off of your tastes, requirements, and budget. Our proposal is coupled with a timeline and mail date; we understand that nothing is more important than timeline when it comes to event production.
For custom creative design, our services begin at a minimum of $3,500.
STEP TWO | DESIGN
After the proposal and design agreement are completed, it’s time to get started on the designs.
Once we identify your design aesthetic, our team creates three different concept proofs for your custom design. We keep iterating on these proofs until we have created your perfect design. This process normally takes between two to four weeks and around three proof iterations.
STEP THREE | production
All of our concepts are produced in-house and our materials are globally sourced. We take the time to produce and assemble every piece before it leaves our studio to ensure the utmost quality in our work. We design from start to finish meaning we do everything including mailing your invitations. This guarantees exceptional quality and peace of mind for both clients and planners alike. We are also able to manage your replies as an added service.
STEP FOUR | EVENT DAY
The culmination of your design is your wedding day. The sky is the limit on wedding day when it comes to custom design: we produce all sorts of displays, signage, menus, place cards, and so much more with a variety of materials.
All of our day-of designs are delivered directly to your event planner prior to the event day. As an added service, we happily offer onsite assistance to setup and display our pieces. We gladly serve as assistance to photographers to ensure your designs are beautifully photographed onsite.
